Hi, this is Jeff, the ‘J’ in J SMITHWICK PHOTOGRAPHY. I’m based in Little Rock, Arkansas, and I offer a full slate of professional services for retail and commercial clients. I specialize in portrait and headshot photography, but really, I enjoy shooting all sorts of people in all sorts of settings. And my goal for all my clients is always the same: to document them absolutely being themselves, and not much else. Showing you at your best doesn't require elaborate stagings, backgrounds, or post-processing (some people say ‘Photoshopping’), and that is why I don't rely on them much. A perfect session is you being you, and me being there to capture it. (And ‘you’ can be just you, or your family, or your band, or your newborn… you get the idea.) Whether in the studio or on location, I'm here to put you at ease, keep the focus on you and deliver realistic, flattering images. The photographs I’ve showcased here show you what you can expect if you decide I’m your guy. In addition, for those of you looking for prints of my fine art photographs, I offer those for purchase.
